Based on the foregoing, the undersigned Magistrate Judge RECOMMENDS that the District Court DENY Brock Purviance’s Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Clerk’s Docket
No. 1) WITH PREJUDICE.
